Service Agreement
New Customers Only: New Customers will be charged a 50% non-refundable base price deposit at time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your total amount at check out.
Confirming Appointments: I understand that if I do not confirm my appointment within 24 hours my pet’s appointment may be subject to cancellation. Please confirm by text or phone.
Health: I warrant to my knowledge my pet is current with the required vaccines by law, and that my pet is healthy to the best of my knowledge. If the pet is hurt or becomes ill, Fancy Paws Grooming Salon has permission to call or take pet to the veterinarian of our choice. I understand that grooming can be stressful to some pets, Pet Parent will inform groomer if pet has any heart conditions or any stress-related issues prior to grooming.
Coat Condition: Pricing is based on a 4-8 week schedule. I understand that Fancy Paws Grooming Salon puts my pet’s comfort above all else. In the event that my pet’s coat is matted, I understand that the groomer may have to shave the mats out rather than perform a dematting procedure. I also understand that if my pet is severely matted there may be sores or pre-existing conditions that Fancy Paws Grooming Salon will not be held accountable for. By signing this agreement, Pet Parent gives Fancy Paws Grooming Salon permission to speak to a veterinarian at any time. I also understand that matted pets take additional time to groom so there will be an additional fee added to the grooming price if my pet’s coat is matted.
Cancellation-Late Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or change my appointment time, I must give at least 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. Please let us know if you are running late. If customer is more than 15 min late to appointment scheduled time you will be subject to a “No Show” fee. If you are late picking up your pet after business hours you will be charged a $25 late fee. There will be an automatic charge of 50% of service upon no-shows and cancellations within the 24 hours of appointment time. If 2 appointments are missed without giving notice, clients are then required to pre-pay full service amount prior to scheduling any future appointments. I authorize Fancy Paws Grooming Salon to charge card on file for any No Show/Cancellation Fees.
Fancy Paws Grooming Salon will take the absolute best care of your pet and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your fur baby’s groom. Please let us know before leaving the day of appointment if you are unsatisfied with groom so that we may fix what is needed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with groom you may call back within 24 hours from appointment to fix what is needed. Thank you for trusting Fancy Paws Grooming Salon to pamper your pet.
