2026 Fancy Paws Customer Policy Agreement

Deposits and Confirmation
New Customers will be charged a 50% non-refundable base price deposit at time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your total amount at check out.

Confirming Appointments
I understand that if I do not confirm my appointment with in 24 hours my pets appointment may be subject to cancellation. Please confirm by text or phone.

Health
I warrant to my knowledge my pet is current with the required vaccines by law, and that my pet is healthy to the best of my knowledge. If the pet is hurt or becomes ill, Fancy Paws Grooming Salon has permission to call or take pet to your vet on file or veterinarian of our choice if one is not listed on your account. I understand that grooming can be stressful to some pets, Pet Parent will inform groomer if pet has any heart conditions or any stress related issues prior to grooming.

Pricing
Pricing is a starting price and based on 4-8 week schedule; coat condition; breed and temperament. We want to inform our valued customers that prices are subject to change with out notice due to annual adjustments.
Additionally, for services that may require special care, such as matting or coat condition, we will notify you of any price increases at the time of each visit. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain the quality of our services.

Coat Condition
Pricing is a starting price and based on 4-8 week schedule. I understand that Fancy Paws Grooming Salon puts my pets comfort above all else. In the event that my pets coat is matted, I understand that the groomer may have to shave the matts out rather than perform a demate procedure. I also understand that if my pet is severely matted there may be sores or pre existing conditions that Fancy Paws Grooming Salon will not be held accountable for.
By signing this agreement Pet parent gives Fancy Paws Grooming Salon permission to speak to veterinarian at any time. I also understand that matted pets take additional time to groom so there will be an additional fee added to the grooming price if my pets coat is matted.

Cancellation-Late Policy

I understand that if I need to cancel or change my appointment time, that I must give at least 24 hour notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. Please let us know if you are running late, If customer is more than 15 min late to appointment scheduled time you will be subject to a "No Show" fee or an additional $15 work in fee.

If you are late picking up your pet after business hours you will be charged a $25 late fee. There will be a automatic charge of 50% of service upon no shows and Cancellations within the 24 hours of appointment time. If 2 appointments are missed with out giving notice, clients are then required to pre-pay full service amount prior to scheduling any future appointments. I authorize Fancy Paws Grooming Salon to charge card on file for any No Show/ Cancellation Fees.

Please note that customers who arrive before their pets are finished being groomed will incur a $10 fee. Additionally, if a pet's behavior is not conducive to completing the grooming process, we may need to send the pet home in its current condition and full price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and well being of all pets.

Fancy Paws Grooming Salon will take the absolute best care of your pet and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your fur babies groom. Please let us know before leaving day of appointment if you are unsatisfied with groom so that we may fix what is needed.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with groom you may call back with in 24 hours from appointment to fix what is needed, Fancy Paws Grooming salon does not give refunds for services rendered. Thank you for trusting Fancy Paws Grooming Salon to pamper your pet.
